Basements

Retaining Wall Construction

Basement Requirements

To comply with both the requirements of BS 8102:2009, and the criteria specified by any warrantee provider, all newbuild basements now require a design by a Certificated Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing (CSSW).  No matter the method of construction, basements are now more complex, costly and harder to insure than ever before.

Fortunately there is an upside.  We have taken advantage of these new levels of control by working with suppliers to not only provide superior products, but also a better quality of trained installer, and it can all be backed by insurance policies of value.

Design and Installation

Firstly, with the help of our CSSW designers and waterproofing product suppliers, we can assess the level of risk and provide all the pre-start ‘box-ticking’ requirements.

Secondly we can assist with the installation.  Whether this is just site support of you or your contractors, or a full install package through either our own installation team, or one of our highly skilled independent teams of installers.

We are here to help, so feel free to contact us any time.
