This project was located on the edge of a small ravine on Edgeworth Moor.  The majority of the build is underground, so very little of the mass can be seen with the exception of the upper floor which is entirely glass.  As can be seen from the photos the structural strength and flexibility of ICF provided a simple solution for both the circa 6m cantilever and fully glazed post-less corner windows.
