An exceptionally large split level contemporary home with Basement.  Almost every window in this build is full height from ground to wallplate, and to manage this, a hefty steel frame was proposed.  Our involvement introduced an alternative way of an ICF Shell with concrete floors.  This not only works but enabled this client to make some major cost savings.
