Set in an exclusive part of Liverpool, this developer is a repeat client and was successful in securing this infill plotof land to build 4 exclusive homes with contemporary styling.  The project included pools and outdoor seating pits all made from ICF.  The trasition from a low brick skirt to the render with an angled brick proved a great success.
