This Self builder took several years to get to site.  They had the site, and took a gamble that the building line could be extended back into the 1 acre site.  After a number of planning applications the project is now on site and progressing well.  The products of choice includes both Jackon Atlas Foundation System and Thermomur 350S ICF for a passive house compliant  U values of 0.15W/m^2k.
