This project was an existing steel frame farm building in the Peterborough countryside.  We have provided ICF for quite a few of these projects now, where permitted development has been approved for conversion to a residential property.  This project opted to build the ICF within the footprint of steel structure, but other clients have also done this with the wall built with the steel frame inside the ICF cavity or as an internal exposed feature to the inside of the property.
