Formerly a site with an existing house. The client purchased the land and secured planning consent to build a good sized 2 story home.  Covid tried, but did not stop this builder.  A change of brickies coupled with closure of the sand supplier half way through the build introduced issues for colour matching of mortar.  It also took the 3rd truss supplier to remain open to deliver what was promised.
